Kim–everything was WONDERFUL!!!! I cannot express my gratitude enough for all that you did.  The canoe trip was great! My oldest, swam right next to the huge turtles. The water was amazing. It was sooo clear!!! The hotel was also amazing. We loved everything about it. Oh, and the spa!! Oh my goodness…. From the time we left until the time we got back, everything flowed so smoothly. The flights were amazing! The smoothest I’ve ever been on! We had a good time at the beach with all the drinks and activities! Overall we had a great time!! Thank you so much for all your work in helping us and we will definitely use you again in the future!  J.H.

We had a great week! The hotel was great! It was clean and  big enough for 4 adults, breakfast was good and the employees were very helpful during our stay.  Using our passes was an easy process and we were able to see everything we wanted to for our first trip.  We will go back! We had a great time. While the ship was older and smaller than our previous Disney Cruise it had been refurbished and this size was great. It never felt crowded! We ate at all the specialty restaurants which were fantastic. Loved stopping at 4 ports! My parents and Mike really enjoyed the Tulum excursion. They said the guide was fabulous. She gave them a chance to back out and had a full optional day planned as it was very hot that day! They all voted to go and were glad they did. They were the only ones on the excursion. In all a fun WARM vacation!- D.M.

Kim.. We had a wonderful time!!! The Art of Animation Resort was perfect for us. It gave us plenty of room and we were right next to each other. Everything went so smoothly!!! The plane ride, the bus pick-up, the check-in, transportation to the parks, the dining reservations, Holly’s birthday supper and cake. It was all great. The weather was great!!
